Pilgrim Nursery School is committed to providing the best possible learning experience for preschool children. Due to our low teacher-to-child ratio, our dedicated teachers are able to provide individual attention to each child's developmental needs. Each staff member is certified in First Aid and CPR.

Assistant Director & Lead Teacher ~ Teri Concannon

Teri is returning to PNS for her 14th year as a teacher! She holds a BA degree in Psychology as well as being Lead Teacher & Director Certified through DEEC, by completing many Early Childhood Education college courses. Teri became a teacher because..."I love coming to work every day, to discover and teach new things to the children! There's never a dull moment!"

Teacher ~ Paula Wood

Paula is returning for her 11th year at PNS. She is DEEC Teacher Certified, holds a BS degree in Chemical Engineering and recently recieved three college level credits in Behavior Management for Children. She is also the mother of three PNS alumni! Paula became a teacher because..."I think it is the most important job in the world!"

Lead Teacher ~ Kathy Cashman

We are pleased to welcome back Kathy to PNS. Kathy taught at PNS from 1998-2004. She left in order to persue her degree and other opportunities in the Early Education Field. Since then she received her Master's Degree in Special Needs Education, as well as gaining fabulous experience working with a diverse group of preschool aged children in various settings. Kathy became a teacher because..."I love working with young children. I enjoy creating a fun, exciting and safe classroom environment where children can explore, grow and learn."

Samina Quadir ~ Samina returns for her 5th year after many years of volunteering in the Lexington public elementary schools. She has also just earned three college level credits in Early Childhood Education and is now Teacher Certified through DEEC. Samina became a teacher because..."I love helping children learn and grow."

Cheryl Pacini ~ Cheryl returns for her 6th year at PNS. She recently earned three college level credits in Child Growth & Development and is DEEC Teacher Certified. Cheryl became a teacher because..."I love working with children!"

Siosai Cheang ~ Siosai returns to PNS for her second year. She has years of expereince working as an Asst. Teacher in preschools and is DEEC Teacher Certified and can speak four different languages! Siosai became a teacher because..."I enjoy watching children grow and learn new things each day."
